On June 23, 2021, our father passed away and Sean provided us with detailed answers about the farewell ceremony, including traditional customs. The flower arrangements were elegant and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Thank you for giving our father a dignified farewell without regrets. Sean had been taking care of us during the wake service the entire time. His service for the three days and two nights of the wake had been above and beyond exceptional. He was very careful with his work during the event, and his cheery demeanour definitely improved our spirits during our time of loss. He occasionally made us laugh, which made the dismal and sombre atmosphere at parlour. He had also been quite kind and had helped us in any way he could. When he was present to make sure that everything was going smoothly, at least, we felt more confident.

I would like to express my gratitude to Nirvana for arranging all the ceremonies, which allowed us to complete my father’s funeral rites smoothly in these three days. I appreciate the professional staff provided by Nirvana, who provided us with detailed explanations and even responded to our messages in the middle of the night.
